CD dispensers become stationary hydrants with the installation of the Faucet Valve. With the hydrant, workers no longer wait for late material, nor does material cook while awaiting the workers. The material is on tap, fresh, precisely proportioned, thoroughly mixed, and in the precise quantity needed at the time. The Hydrant is also used to saturate carbon fibers, batch mortars, and plaster bridge segments. It is especially valuable when using products with “unfriendly” ratios. With a hydrant, the product can be managed in bulk, rather than in costly, wasteful, kits. When the faucet is used, there is no clean up. An inexpensive disposable mixer is simply discarded. Any CD dispenser can be used to fill caulking cartridges with freshly batched 2 component sealants. Because any ratio can be managed, kit packaging is avoided. |

All three Lily CD dispensers deliver fresh, precisely proportioned, thoroughly mixed two component products on tap. The CD selection depends only upon the volume of material needed. The selections offer precise proportioning of any ratio at application rates of up to 300 gallons per hour through hoses or from a stationary faucet. Typical service includes dispensing of two component coatings for bridge decks, floors, and pavement; sealers for cracks prior to injection; segmental bridge adhesives: joint sealants; and carbon fiber saturants.
