Anchoring

The CD70 or CD75 are the choices for dispensing epoxy resins in anchoring and bonding applications. The CD70 is the selection if the material is to be supplied in drums, and pumped to the dispenser. If the resin is packaged in pails, the CD75 is best because it features material hoppers and contains the pumps to transfer the material from the hoppers into the dispenser. Heat is available with both systems. For pinning and other applications that require only small dosages, the much smaller CD15 may be a less costly option. If in doubt, ask us for a recommendation.

Pavement Anchors & Dowels

On a typical pavement project 400 to 500 dosages can be placed per hour. Drool between sockets is minimal because the outlet valves at the mixer snap instantly and fully closed on the signal from the operator. Super flexible hoses and the Flow Management Kit enable the user to effortlessly maneuver the nozzle without stooping or wrestling with unwieldy hose.

Shot-sizing repeats an ideal dosage to avoid starved sockets and puddles of wasted resin on the ground. Once set, the exact dosage is repeated each time the operator presses the switch. An abort switch is used to obtain small dollops of material for touch up.

When twin material lines are used there is no cleanup because the resin components do not merge until within an inexpensive disposable mixer. The mixer is simply discarded at the end of the day and replaced the following morning.

Structural & Seismic Upgrading

Install epoxy anchoring adhesives in precisely proportioned, thoroughly mixed, and exact repetitious dosages with Lily dispensing equipment.

There is a Lily dispensing system ideal for virtually all anchoring applications: pins to secure floor delaminations; embedment of stitches; overhead reinforcement; deep set anchors and bolts; and retrofitting of every sort.

The CD15 and CD70 are versatile, allowing installation from suspended or erected scaffolding, man lifts, or even carabiners. The material supply can be located close at hand or remotely. Fluid pressures of 2,500 psi can be used to transfer the resin from a remote supply source.

Grout Retention Discs

The snug-fitting Contain-it (C-bar size) is invaluable when the resin runs due to a rise in temperature. It keeps the material in the socket — and the inspector off your back. The disc also protects the installer from the resin that splatters back when entrapped air bubbles burst as a bar is being pressed into the socket. With a disc in place, the bars can be quickly driven home with sledge or percussion hammers instead of pressing and twisting them into place.

Retain-it
Another paving disc is the Retain-it. The tough high density polyethylene disc fits into form holes to offer snug support of dowels. It snaps easily into 2 ½” diameter form holes as blanks or in support of bars. No tools are required for setting. The interior profile is only 1/16”. Disc sizes are blank and bar sizes 8, 10, 12 , and 16.
