The CD70 or CD75 will place adhesive for plowable markers or reflectors. The selection depends upon the resin containers: drums or pails. The CD75 cabinet configuration includes 18 gallon material hoppers and transfer pumps. The CD70 is a dispenser only, depending upon an outside source to supply pressurized material from drums or totes. In many applications a driver can manage the remote trigger and wand, directing and triggering the resin from within the cab. Heaters within the thermostatically controlled CD75 cabinet keep the equipment and the resin heated to the optimum degree. Each hopper contains eighteen gallons of resin. Insulated material lines are available. Shot sizing enables the operator to repeatedly deposit a selected volume of resin. This reduces waste, yet assures an adequate dosage. The Flow Management Kit (A-054) is used to manage the flow of the resin. It features a remote trigger and twin outlet valve. The trigger places flow control at the fingers of the operator. The twin valve is fixed at the nozzle to minimize drool between placements. Rapid setting resins are easily managed because the components do not merge until within a disposable static mixer. And by the way, CD dispensers are great for filling markers in manufacture. |
